Awards!! And more updates

Hi,

Okay guys we have some new stuff for you today.

First up, I made an awards system!! :3 Its not stable yet, but I managed to figure it out, so watch out ^^

Next, we changed skins which will decrease the site lag and chatbox lag. I added a few icons as well, and hopefully, I can get the rank images in a week or two. More clubs have been made and also I did some other few minor changes.
