[PLS READ] Locked Topics / Whatnot

Hi there,

It is an ongoing concern here. When you see a locked topic, please don't post on it. AT ALL.
Since the host is a bit limited, the reply button still appears on locked topics. Please don't post replies on it.

Also, if you think that its innappropriate to post there (such as a guide on setting up your comp to japanese or rules for that section like how to make a club) please don't post on it. You already know that topics like this should be kept clean and not replied on.

Announcements like these, can be replied on. However, stuff like "Rules of SM" or "How to post a club thread" should not be replied on.

If people keep on doing this, I will temporary ban them. No questions asked. Thanks.
