Special Anime Moments?

What are your "special" anime monents? Maybe a specific scene that was touching, something hapened that was unexpected, or a moment that was just plain fun. Something you remember that had some significance to you.
Let's hear it!
For me a really cool moment was when Haruhi sang "God Knows" at the festival. I never heard that song before and it was really cool.
Also, the end of Elfen Lied is really something that I'll remember.

The ending to Chobits. I almost had a heart attack when I though Chi would never come back.

Mine would definitely, without a doubt be episode 5 of Hayate no Gotoku season 2. I mean..

- the scene when lunamaria and shinn kissed. (from seed destiny) i thought they were an unlikely couple since lunamaria had a thing for athrun and shinn was a total wheenie when it came to feelings. also, the music supplemented the scene very well.

i have to add, i just finished watching episode 19 of chrome shelled regios. and that was a pretty good reunion. although i feel kinda bad for felli. def. worth watching the somewhat boring episode just for the reunion !
