Staff Recruitment

Hi guys!

Well, we need some new staff members. Here are the requirements:

• Must be at least 1 week old in the forum.
  
• Be reliable
  
• Have time for SolMistral
  
• Must be here at least once a day (only if for a short time) or at least be here every other day.

reason: I've got loads of time, I read the rules in their entirety, I'm pretty thorough, I'm always fair in my judgements, I can update the list regularly, and I'm fairy organized

ill do my best to keep out DL section as neat and simple as possible as well as keep a steady flow new content coming in !

I would of applied but it said you had to be at least 3 weeks old on the forum. You only changed it recently to be 1 week when you recruited bushidomizer. That's kinda unfair. You should tell people your changing it to a week so now I missed out on applying. The only people who applied are the people who knew that it was 3 weeks but applied anyways.

This is kinda true..............I only still went through with it because im just that type of guy :/

hmm.. i can see where you are getting at this.. the initial 3 weeks does indeed seem a little redundant. however, we did take into consideration that this forum, by itself, is merely over 3 weeks old. Therefore, we changed it to 1 week old instead of the 3 weeks. Sorry about that. Anyway there will be another recruitment soon. Or so i hear.

We have taken your complaints into consideration about the membership length, but that really wasn't as a big of a factor in our decision process, it was just to see if they were here long enough to be recognized by other members and be used to how the site works.

I think despite the changes and if we had more applicants, we still saw Bushidomizer currently to be the best choice as an addition to our staff.

I also apologize for us not being clear on changes, but as an applicant, it is your own responsibility to look for any changes and the requirements that may have occurred to our recruitment process and as we partly at fault for not being clear, I honestly don't think you can put the whole blame on the staff and relying on us to tell you everything.

Please keep in mind that we are a small and growing community, so information like this won't spread as quickly or as easily as some other places.

Again, I apologize for the miscommunication as well.

I did look for changes. Sasurai gave bushidomizer the job before he changed it to 1 week. So it's not my fault that I followed the rules. I was going to wait untill I had been 3 weeks old on the forum before I applied.

Well, That I was not aware of so I apologize for speaking without knowing, sounded pretty cocky of me to say so then, since I was not aware of when the changes actually occurred, so I'll apologize as many times as you want for speaking out of line.

Don't worry about it. I'm just pissed off that I missed out when I was doing the right thing. I'll get over it. ^_^
